1. What InvestEmpire is

InvestEmpire is a Discord bot that turns a server's activity into a game economy. Members earn a virtual currency called Empire Coins by chatting, spending time in voice channels, inviting people, completing missions and claiming a daily reward — and they spend it in a shop, on lootboxes and on giveaways that the server's staff set up. Alongside the bot there is a web dashboard at investempire.clgames.com.br, where the people who administer a server manage that server's economy.

In this document, “we” and “the service” mean InvestEmpire, run by an independent developer (PaidosDev). “You” means anyone who uses the bot inside a Discord server or signs in to the dashboard.

By adding the bot to a server, using its commands or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use it

To use InvestEmpire you need a Discord account, and you must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Discord's minimum age applies too — 13, or older where your country requires it. This service is not directed at children below that age.

Whoever adds the bot to a server must be allowed to do so in that server, and that person is responsible for how the bot is used there.

3. It is free, and it can go offline

InvestEmpire is free. There is no paid plan, no subscription, no premium tier and nothing for sale. It is provided “as is” and “as available”.

The bot and the dashboard run on a single server rented by the developer. They can be offline for maintenance, updates, hosting trouble, a Discord outage or any other reason — with or without notice. We do not promise any level of uptime, any response time, or that the service will be free of bugs.

4. Empire Coins are not money

Empire Coins — and every item, lootbox, ticket, achievement, level and leaderboard place in the bot — are virtual entertainment features that exist only inside the Discord server using them. They are not money, not credit, not an investment, not a crypto asset and not your property.

  • They cannot be bought with real money. The bot has no paid store, no payment page and no way at all to accept money in exchange for coins.
  • They cannot be exchanged for money. There is no redemption, no cash-out, no conversion and no trade for goods or value — not by us and not by anyone on our behalf.
  • They have no value outside the server, and we assign them no value whatsoever.
  • We do not sell coins and we do not run a market, an auction or an exchange for them.
  • A balance can be changed, zeroed or wiped at any time — by the server's staff, by the developer, by a bug, by a restore from backup, or because the bot left that server. This creates no refund, no indemnity and no compensation of any kind.

If a server decides, on its own, to give its members something of real value (a role, an item inside a game, a giveaway prize), that arrangement is between the server and its members. We are not part of it, we do not run it and we are not responsible for it.

5. Each server runs its own economy

InvestEmpire is a tool. The server's staff decide how much a message is worth, which channels and roles earn rewards, what the shop sells, which missions exist, what a giveaway pays and who counts as a bot administrator in that server. The bot follows that configuration.

A server administrator can, at any time and without warning: adjust or remove a member's balance, reset a member, reset the server's entire economy, delete shop items, missions and achievements, and end giveaways. Those decisions belong to the server, not to us. If you disagree with how a server runs its economy, take it up with that server's staff.

Server administrators are responsible for using those powers in line with Discord's rules and with the law, and for making it clear to their members that the bot is in use.

6. What you may not do

By using InvestEmpire, you agree not to:

  • exploit a bug, a rounding error or any other flaw to obtain coins, items or rewards you were not meant to get — the right move is to report it (see Contact);
  • use self-bots, macros, scripts or any automation to farm rewards, or inflate activity on purpose (spamming short messages, idling in a voice channel just to bank time, and the like);
  • use alternate accounts to farm invites, giveaways, the daily reward or any other limited reward;
  • attack the bot, the dashboard or the machine they run on — scanning, brute force, flooding, or trying to reach anything you were not given access to;
  • try to read data from a server you do not administer, or keep using the dashboard for a server where you lost permission;
  • use the service to break the law or Discord's rules, or to harass, threaten or stalk anyone.

When we believe any of that is happening, we may — at any time and without notice — remove the bot from a server, ignore commands from an account, cut off dashboard access, void a balance obtained through abuse, or simply stop serving.

7. The service can change or end

We may add, change and remove features, commands and screens at any time; we may change these terms (see Changes to these terms); and we may shut the service down for good. If we do, the data goes with it — what happens to it is described in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using it whenever you want: an administrator removes the bot from the server, and any member simply stops using the commands.

8. Roblox link (optional)

The bot has an optional feature that connects a Discord account to a Roblox account, so a server can deliver rewards inside a Roblox game. The link takes both sides: a server administrator generates a link code in the dashboard and hands that code to the member; the link is only completed when the member chooses to type the code inside the game, with their own Roblox account. Without that action by the member, no account is linked.

Roblox is a separate company with its own terms. Whether a reward actually arrives inside the game depends on that game and on Roblox, not on us.

9. Who owns what

The bot's code, the dashboard and the InvestEmpire name belong to the developer. Text, item names, images and other content that a server's staff create inside the bot stay theirs — by putting it into the bot, they allow us to store it and show it to that server's members and administrators. Discord, Roblox and their marks belong to their respective owners; this service is not made, sponsored or endorsed by them.

10. No warranty, and the limit of our liability

The service is provided exactly as it is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available, that the numbers will be correct or that nothing will break, and we do not guarantee that a balance, an item or a reward will survive a bug, a crash, an attack or a mistake.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the service — including coins, items, rewards, time, downtime, or decisions a server's staff made using the bot. Because the service is free and no money is paid for it, no refund is possible and no compensation is owed.

Nothing here removes a right that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement. Consumer protection rights in Brazil and in the EU/UK keep applying regardless of what this document says.

11. Privacy

What the bot stores, what it never stores (the content of your messages is not recorded), how long it is kept and how to ask for a correction or a deletion is all in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

When we change this document, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and the new version applies from the moment it is published here. If a change is significant, we will also try to announce it in whatever support channels exist at the time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

The developer is based in Brazil, and Brazilian law applies to these terms. This does not remove any protection that the law of your own country gives you.
